STORMWATER MANAGEMENT

RASco has extensive and varied experience in providing stormwater pollution prevention related support to mitigate the potential adverse environmental impacts that could result from stormwater runoff including: conducting annual compliance inspections, updating plans, developing stormwater pollution prevention guides, training of regulated activity-personnel, studies to mitigate stormwater-related problems and conceptual design of stormwater flow measurement devices. TREATMENT SYSTEM DESIGN AND FABRICATION

RASco has designed and fabricated numerous specialized treatment systems for government agencies, commercial and industrial clients, world-wide. These membrane-based systems, featuring the patented ROMEM technology, were designed for client specific needs and applications to include:

Systems have been designed and fabricated for fixed installations and as mobile units for remote sites and contingency operations. Several of these systems, some installed and operational since 1987, incorporate fully automated controls and monitoring (PLC) systems.

Drinking water systems ranging from 2 to 25 gpm have been designed for removal of specific contaminants to include:

All systems receive extensive QA/QC review and performance testing prior to delivery to our clients. WASTEWATER SYSTEM PERFORMANCE/COMPLIANCE EVALUATIONS

RASco has an extensive record of experience in conducting on-site diagnostic evaluations, and subsequently providing O&M assistance, site-specific training, and recommendations for design modifications to improve the performance of wastewater systems at a large number of military installations in the United States, Europe, the Far East, other Department of Defense facilities, municipalities and industrial facilities. These evaluations included collection systems, lift stations, treatment plants, outfalls, and sludge disposal. Work efforts have provided direct technical assistance to management and plant operator personnel with respect to compliance with the SDWA and applicable permits issued by State or local regulatory agencies.
